1st in group A against 2nd in group B, and 1st in B against 2nd in A. The group winner plays at home.

3rd A against 3rd B for fifth place and 4th A against 4th B for seventh. 5th in group A finishes ninth.

Final
Between the semi-final winners.
If CRUXE Jerez reach the final and it clashes with the Horse Fair, it is played on 22 and 23 May. If Córdoba Rugby Union reach it and it clashes with the Córdoba Fair, on 5 and 6 June.
